This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Dig Ad and SEO OEM program delivery from start to finish, encompassing partner relationships, program compliance, and translating program requirements into dealer execution.
• Collaborate with Managed Services leadership to establish the annual strategic plan for each OEM.
• Facilitate OEM requirements and ensure that changes are communicated to the team clearly and promptly.
• Identify program changes that pose risks or present opportunities, along with recommendations for our response.
• Conduct thorough analyses of recurring issues to determine root causes and implement process improvements.
• Acknowledge each OEM request on the same business day, assigning an owner and a deadline.
• Set expectations for turnaround times with partners upfront and provide a weekly recap of OEM status to Managed Services leadership.
• Maintain an intake queue for all OEM and Dev requests, categorizing, prioritizing, and routing each one to an owner, tracking it through to resolution.
• Triage and classify incoming requests, prioritize them within the project plan, and determine which require a deep dive.
• Keep a rolling calendar of all OEM program deadlines, ensuring awareness of and compliance with SLAs for every program.
• Ensure billing accuracy for each OEM program by conducting monthly tie-outs and addressing any variances above the threshold with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Document all recurring OEM processes in the internal knowledge base, keeping it updated.
• Monitor program-level performance and identify patterns before they escalate into issues.
• Provide analysis that stakeholders can utilize, from dealer principals to OEM program administrators.
• Facilitate OEM Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), guiding data from initial pull through narrative to delivery.
• Oversee the RFP build for Managed Services, including requirements, pricing inputs, narratives, and timely submissions.
• Manage, develop, and hold the DigAd and SEO OEM program managers accountable.
• Mentor the team on effective communication, escalation procedures, and prioritization.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance management sessions.
• Assign a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for every OEM relationship and establish backup coverage to prevent any relationship from stalling during absences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically managing OEM or manufacturer-funded programs.
• 5 years of experience in a management position.
• Experience in automotive retail or dealership settings.
• Familiarity with OEM program mechanics, including enrollment, compliance, and co-op reimbursement requirements.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to develop processes and documentation that can scale across multiple programs.
• Capability to explain platform and reporting details to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a history of coaching and holding teams accountable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate spreadsheets, billing files, and platform data, reconciling variances and identifying root causes independently.
• Critical thinking skills to accurately interpret requests prior to finding solutions.
• Consistently responsive, with a history of quick acknowledgment and closing communication loops.
• Preferred: Direct experience with Tier 2 or Tier 3 OEM programs.
• Preferred: Experience working with OEM program administrators.
• Preferred: Background in digital advertising and SEO program management.
• Preferred: Experience with campaign automation or ad management platforms.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data analysis and insight tools like Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience with Fluency and Rep Man.
• Preferred: Project management experience across multiple concurrent program cycles.
• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to reconcile large data sets.
