This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create a long-term lifecycle marketing strategy aimed at engaging and retaining customers through timely, relevant, and targeted communications.
• Utilize technology and AI to enhance and scale essential capabilities.
• Outline core capabilities, competencies, and a roadmap for advancing maturity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to establish a primarily self-service capability.
• Oversee significant global lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive results where they are most needed.
• Present the vision and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Develop and automate dynamic customer segmentation strategies throughout various journey stages to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Guide lifecycle programs towards automated, trigger-based, and dynamically personalized messaging across channels (Email, SMS, Push).
• Manage the Marketing Automation team to facilitate global technical solutions and assess tools/technology that support lifecycle capabilities.
• Own the measurement framework that informs how we assess program health and establishes testing initiatives for ongoing optimization.
• Generate high-quality client leads and candidate conversions while enhancing customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
• Direct the recommendations program and strategy utilizing AI/Machine learning engines to improve personalization and engagement.
• Influence marketing, product, corporate services, and IT teams to implement comprehensive strategies that enhance business outcomes.
• Partner with channel owners to implement campaigns and define business requirements for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create internal communications strategies using tools such as Cerkl.
• Establish a framework for speed and scalability in marketing automation.
• Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning for a team of 10 marketers and developers.
• Enhance organizational capability through effective talent management, including coaching, development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
• 8-12 years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience with a proven track record in strategizing and executing innovative campaigns.
• Experience in a high-transaction, volume-driven business is preferred.
• Proven success in recruiting and leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in lifecycle marketing, automation, and personalization strategies.
• Experience in developing processes to optimize operations and team effectiveness.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret large data sets and extract actionable insights.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Positive attitude and capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in utilizing AI/Machine learning engines for personalization and accelerating automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce CRM is required.
