Director, Legal & Compliance – Business Enablement and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of legal and compliance initiatives at an enterprise level across various business lines and regions.

• Convert strategic plans into coordinated workstreams with defined responsibilities, timelines, and follow-up actions.

• Create a structured approach for managing intake, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-level requests.

• Monitor deadlines and key milestones for essential priorities.

• Develop analytics to enhance visibility into workloads, prioritize tasks, and track risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• An MBA or equivalent business education.

• 10-12 years of experience in legal or compliance operations, business operations, analytics, and strategic execution.

• A robust background in operations, analytics, and executive reporting.

• Advanced skills in analytics, reporting, and presentation tools.
