This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as a reliable advisor to the Head of Learning & Talent Development and represent the function in executive discussions.
• Collaborate on key people priorities throughout the organization.
• Oversee enterprise-wide learning initiatives from conception to execution.
• Coordinate with L&TD teams, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape the learning technology landscape and collaborate with HRDT and vendors to enhance platforms and learner experiences.
• Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on workforce readiness, learning trends, and capability enhancement.
• Direct the development of enterprise capability frameworks, role-specific skill requirements, taxonomies, and career trajectories.
• Integrate learning with digital, organizational, and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Lead change enablement efforts to support adoption, readiness, and sustained behavioral change.
• Assist in developing business cases, vendor strategy, and prioritizing learning investments.
• Establish and enhance L&TD processes for budgeting, contracting, capacity planning, and coordination.
• Identify capacity gaps, eliminate obstacles, and support timely, high-quality team delivery.
• Collaborate with Learning Operations to implement scalable delivery and measurement standards.
• Assist in data collection and impact evaluation.
• Create strategic presentations and materials for executive storytelling.
• Monitor industry trends, technologies, and benchmarks to guide strategy.
• Maintain team-owned resources, portals, and communication channels.
• Travel up to 40% to support global program execution, regional stakeholders, and learning events.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree in a related field with at least 12 years of experience.
• Over 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic learning initiatives.
• Strong skills in consulting, stakeholder management, project leadership, and influential leadership.
• In-depth understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and content development.
• Advanced writing and facilitation capabilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and visual storytelling; capable of creating executive-ready presentations.
• Experience in developing and managing operational processes such as budgeting, planning, or vendor management.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
• Competence in navigating ambiguity, managing complexity, and advancing work independently.
• Comprehensive understanding of vendor management, including RFP processes, partnerships, and external delivery oversight.
• Global perspective and experience in designing scalable, culturally adaptive learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise learning systems, including LMS and LXP, as well as learning technologies.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Master's degree in OD, L&D, HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed global organization is preferred.
• Leadership experience in an L&TD Center of Excellence (COE) is preferred.
• Certifications in coaching, psychometric assessments, and/or change management are preferred.
