Director, Learning Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Managing the learning delivery initiatives across the Client portfolio

• Guiding a team of internal Learning Delivery Managers

• Partnering with instructors to enhance learning experiences for agents

• Offering thought leadership on contemporary certification best practices and virtual learning

• Ensuring complete execution of course facilitation, including scheduling, attendance, and technical support

• Creating project plans, assessing variances, and spearheading key initiatives to improve certification rates

• Cultivating relationships with clients while aligning expectations and providing project updates

• Conducting performance quality assessments of certification courses

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position within management

• Demonstrated capability to perform comprehensive analysis

• Strong skills in training measurement and evaluation (experience with the Kirkpatrick and/or Phillips model is a plus)

• Familiarity with online learning delivery platforms and learning management systems

• Experience in risk analysis

• Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, teamwork, problem solving, negotiation, and time management

• High-level consultancy skills are required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, web authoring tools, and virtual classroom delivery platforms is a must
