This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive business expansion initiatives.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for K-12 staffing services.
• Identify and actively pursue new business prospects with school districts and educational institutions.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets, KPIs, and objectives within the designated territory.
• Analyze market dynamics and forecast growth potential.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create impactful client outreach campaigns.
• Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and responses to RFPs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure precise CRM reporting.
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong client partnerships.
• Assist with client onboarding and implementation processes.
• Act as the primary or backup account manager as required.
• Address escalated client concerns while guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.
• Work alongside account managers to create annual hiring projections.
• Foster enduring relationships with school leaders and district decision-makers.
• Review client contracts and track client satisfaction and retention metrics.
• Represent the company during client meetings and industry events.
• Drive operational excellence.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development as the division expands.
• Establish and track performance metrics and accountability standards.
• Create scalable systems and operational processes that facilitate growth.
• Lead change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote talent development, onboarding, and retention strategies throughout the division.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in business development within staffing, healthcare, education, or a related field.
• Proficient in consultative, long-cycle B2B sales.
• Strong experience in contract negotiations and RFP responses.
• In-depth understanding of K-12 staffing models and special education services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state educational regulations, particularly regarding special education compliance, is strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing CRM and ATS platforms to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning abilities.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
• Smoking/vaping and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited on all Company premises, including indoor and outdoor spaces, parking lots, and Company-owned vehicles.
• Candidates who receive a conditional job offer may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of the hiring process.
