Director, IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with company leadership to establish the IT strategy.

• Oversee a small, remote team.

• Manage contractors as necessary.

• Take responsibility for the management and operation of all corporate IT assets.

• Supervise the IT Help Desk.

• Contribute to the PCI DSS compliance initiatives.

• Work alongside InfoSec to protect Zwift’s corporate IT assets.

• Manage the IT budget in partnership with the Director of Procurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, including 3-5 years in formal leadership positions.

• Proven experience supporting a remote workforce within a cloud-first environment.

• Experience leading small remote teams and managing help desks.

• Proficient in administering and operating:

• Ticketing systems.

• Identity Providers.

• Inventory management systems.

• Google Workspace.

• Mobile Device Management solutions.

• Endpoint Detection and Response solutions.

• Windows Domains.

• Windows, MacOS, and Linux workstations and servers.

• Office Networks.

• Experience conducting Patch Management programs.

• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
