This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of BullFrog AI's investor relations strategy aimed at boosting shareholder engagement, investor confidence, and market visibility.
• Establish and nurture relationships with institutional investors, analysts, bankers, and other members of the investment community.
• Organize investor outreach activities, including industry and investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, investor calls, and shareholder communications.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, corporate messaging, FAQs, and other external communications.
• Track market activity, analyst coverage, peer company developments, investor sentiment, and industry trends to provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the company's positioning within the techbio, AI-powered biopharmaceuticals, and broader healthcare innovation sectors.
• Lead conference strategy and execution to ensure BullFrog AI is represented at prominent investor, techbio, AI, and healthcare conferences.
• Seek and secure speaking engagements, panel opportunities, networking events, and strategic introductions for executive leadership.
• Manage logistics for conference participation, investor scheduling, and executive preparation to maximize leadership travel and external engagement value.
• Ensure the CEO and executive team engage with the right investors, strategic stakeholders, and industry influencers at targeted events.
• Create impactful digital media, investor-facing materials, and strategic marketing collateral that effectively communicate BullFrog AI's value proposition, scientific differentiation, and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with business development and scientific teams to ensure alignment in investor, scientific, and commercial messaging.
• Assist with website content updates, corporate presentations, press release coordination, and external communications initiatives.
• Help craft compelling narratives around company milestones, partnerships, platform advancements, and growth opportunities.
• Work alongside the Business Development and Commercial teams on strategic partnership outreach and conference-related relationship management.
• Support preparations for Board meetings, investor updates, and strategic planning discussions as needed.
• Contribute to the development of scalable investor relations processes and infrastructure as the company expands.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to leadership while exhibiting strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Approximately 8–12 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
• Direct experience in the AI and techbio sectors.
• A solid understanding of the evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape, including emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive positioning, and practical applications of AI solutions in business contexts.
• Experience in supporting a publicly traded company.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to comprehend financial statements, earnings materials, and market dynamics.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, polished, and intellectually curious.
• Willingness to travel regularly for conferences, investor meetings, and industry events.
• Currently working in an AI-focused organization with direct exposure to AI-driven products, platforms, services, or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and innovative setting is strongly preferred.
