Director – Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on mid-market sourcing

• Collaborate with firms generating $10 million or more in SaaS revenue or $5 million or greater in EBITDA across various sectors of specialization

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 to 15+ years of pertinent experience

• Strong subject matter knowledge in vertical software, online retail, professional services, tech-enabled services, and payments

• Proven experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members

• Established connections with relevant strategic partners and private equity investors in related industries

• Openness to travel

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA

• Hold FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications
