Director, InterSYNC Implementation Support Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of client contracts by coordinating efforts among business, legal, and clients.

• Initiate new relationship requests through established approval procedures.

• Complete necessary account opening documentation and due diligence for the establishment of new accounts.

• Act as a liaison between the Bank and Broker Dealer to ensure the accurate and timely completion of account openings.

• Open client depository accounts within the interSYNC system.

• Collaborate with interSYNC technology to ensure clients are set up according to operational requirements.

• Manage file coordination among clients, interSYNC, Webster Bank, and other external parties as necessary.

• Lead initiatives to establish E-Treasury accounts across various Webster verticals.

• Verify SLA deadlines and ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe.

• Educate clients on system functionality, encompassing timing, reporting, and maintenance processes.

• Conduct a successful transition to the Operations and Relationship Management team once the account is opened.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for business requirements, operational procedures, and implementation artifacts for audit purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8-9 years of business experience and product knowledge is required.

• At least 8-9 years of relevant client-facing experience is necessary.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Familiarity with the cash management sector, including operational best practices.

• Outstanding organizational and record-keeping abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills accompanied by a solid sense of ownership.

• Confident in working independently, with the ability to self-initiate with minimal supervision.
