This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create a cohesive monetization strategy tailored for International markets, which encompasses Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Develop monetization frameworks and market-specific playbooks to assess product readiness and prioritize investments, leading to actionable go-to-market launch decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance and the GM to conduct scenario analyses, TAM, ARPU sensitivity, and unit economics that effectively inform investment cases.
• Serve as the main commercial strategy partner to the GM of International, assisting in refining priorities, stress-testing initiatives, and aligning product and commercial choices.
• Work collaboratively with product, growth, marketing, partnerships, and the wider Commercial Strategy team to ensure that commercial logic is integrated into all International OG outputs and investments.
• Partner with the Ads and Devices OGs to establish the pathway for implementing the complete Life360 commercial stack in International markets.
• Define and uphold the KPI framework for International commercial performance, including leading indicators that signal when markets are on or off track.
• Set up an operational routine for performance visibility, comprising dashboards, business reviews, and early-warning signals for necessary adjustments.
• Monitor the ROI of commercial investments and conduct structured post-mortems when outcomes fall short of expectations.
• Collaborate with and influence the CRO and executive team regarding international commercial strategy, translating complex market dynamics into clear strategic guidance and fostering alignment throughout the organization.
• Operate with influence within a matrixed organization, uniting engineering, product, marketing, and finance around a shared commercial vision for International.
• Experience in high-growth consumer apps or consumer technology enterprises.
• Demonstrated ownership of pricing and monetization strategies, ideally with experience in adapting or designing models for non-US markets that have significantly different customer economics.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in constructing advanced models (unit economics, LTV, CAC, ARPU sensitivity, TAM, elasticity) that directly influence investment choices.
• Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Growth, and Engineering, to translate strategy into execution.
• Exceptional first-principles thinker who can synthesize incomplete data, challenge assumptions, and formulate clear viewpoints in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong operational mindset: adept at navigating between long-term strategy and short-term performance management, QBR preparation, KPI design, and operational rhythm.
• Executive-level communication skills, with a record of crafting concise narratives for senior leadership and GMs.
• Trusted advisor profile: someone who constructively challenges plans, unites teams towards clarity, and balances skepticism with momentum.
• Experience with consumer mobile applications at scale (tens of millions of MAU) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with subscription, partnership, and alternative monetization models (microtransactions, telco, data products, ad-supported tiers) is a plus.
