Director – International Commercial Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead International B2B, Employer, Payor, and Government Partnerships.

• Build and guide WW International’s B2B growth strategy across employers, payors, public health systems, and various institutional partners.

• Identify and prioritize the most promising B2B opportunities by market, including reimbursement, referral, and employee-benefit pathways.

• Develop partnership strategies and commercial models to enhance access, improve affordability, and foster sustainable growth.

• Oversee international clinic business development, focusing on evaluating and advancing partnerships with telehealth providers, health systems, insurers, and other players in the clinical ecosystem.

• Support the selection, negotiation, and execution of clinic-related partnerships in key international markets.

• Formulate strategic recommendations on where to invest, launch, scale, adjust, or exit.

• Serve as a cross-functional leader across International, Global, and local market teams to ensure the effective implementation of partnership-led initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, B2B growth, market expansion, healthcare partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles.

• Proven experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

• Capability to operate strategically while also driving execution across complex, cross-functional programs.

• Experience in structuring partnerships across employers, payors, health systems, governments, or regulated healthcare environments is highly preferred.

• Strong commercial and analytical abilities, including business case development, prioritization, and opportunity sizing.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in international, healthcare, digital health, benefits, or consumer health environments is preferred.
