Director, Integration – Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the integration and data migration program throughout core implementation and all client transitions.

• Lead integration architecture for federal payroll providers, benefits systems, time and attendance platforms, retirement systems, and agency-specific applications.

• Manage the data migration strategy, encompassing data preparation and governance, target data architecture, quality controls, reference and category services, ingestion methods, and considerations for downstream data usage.

• Oversee multi-agency migration sequencing based on complexity tiers and the government-wide deadline set for July 2027.

• Hold responsibility for ensuring migration accuracy standards and the outcomes of post-migration audits.

• Supervise the application of AI and automation, when authorized, to enhance migration and interconnection accuracy, efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Oracle leadership and government stakeholders regarding integration and migration risks, dependencies, and decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• An active Public Trust level clearance is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is necessary; however, it may be substituted with equivalent years of experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 5 years in consulting or leadership roles.

• Proven program-level ownership of large-scale enterprise integration and data migration initiatives.

• Extensive experience with cloud HCM or ERP integration architecture and large-volume data migrations.

• Experience in directing distributed technical teams across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Preferred: Experience with federal HR systems and knowledge of the federal payroll provider landscape.

• Preferred: Background in multi-agency or shared-service migration programs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with FedRAMP Moderate or higher environments.

• Preferred: A Master's degree.
