This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement the integrated marketing strategy and annual activation plan for the Advanced Hydration portfolio (BODYARMOR, POWERADE, vitaminwater, smartwater) across various bottlers.
• Convert national brand and partnership strategies into tailored, in-market initiatives that enhance consumer awareness, education, trial, and consistent execution.
• Lead marketing communications directed at bottlers—ensuring alignment among bottler leadership and field teams regarding priorities, timelines, assets, and execution standards.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on bottler and customer passion points, influencing behaviors and activating programs through collaboration and negotiation.
• Identify and execute high-impact local marketing opportunities, including experiential, sampling, sponsorship, athlete, and retail activation programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Media, PR, Social, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial, and Franchise Leadership to deliver cohesive plans across all consumer touchpoints.
• Manage the integrated marketing budget for the territory, including planning, allocation, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Supervise campaign and program measurement, providing clear KPIs, post-program summaries, actionable insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure that bottlers are fully equipped with the necessary tools, assets, and playbooks to execute programs promptly, with high quality, and consistently.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in integrated marketing, field/experiential marketing, shopper marketing, or partnership marketing within a complex, matrixed organization (CPG or beverage preferred).
• Proven track record of translating brand strategy into successful local-market execution across in-store, experiential, digital, and social channels.
• Significant experience working with bottlers, distributors, or franchise partners, influencing execution without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and executive-level recaps.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and transitioning rapidly from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% to support bottler engagement and in-market execution.
