Director, Integrated Intelligence – Social Listening

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead innovative social media intelligence and insights initiatives.

• Provide strategic direction to the team regarding methodology, approach, datasets, and client engagement.

• Act as a key contributor within a cohesive agency team.

• Monitor and remain actively engaged in the execution of projects and outcomes.

• Mentor team members on converting data into actionable insights.

• Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to clients.

• Ensure that subtleties in the data are accurately represented.

• Assist in leading a substantial portfolio of Integrated Intelligence business.

• Highlight potential risks and challenges to Senior Leadership.

• Identify new revenue streams and create proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience, predominantly in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing, PR, advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research, or account management.

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including managing timelines, budgets, and expectations for multiple deliverables.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in social media listening and measurement.

• Proficiency in data from platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok.

• Familiarity with tools like Brandwatch, Quid, Meltwater, or Muck Rack.

• Experience with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.

• Background in multi-modal research methodologies.

• Strong understanding and enthusiasm for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

• A passion for storytelling driven by data.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in producing high-quality work.
