Director, Information Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technology partner to the CFO and serve as the top IT leader within the organization.

• Manage the company’s technology portfolio, which encompasses productivity tools, finance systems, CRM, HRIS/payroll, data management, collaboration tools, networking, and proprietary event platforms.

• Lead and nurture the IT Operations Manager along with the overall IT support team.

• Ensure IT security, identity management, and network reliability across all offices and event settings.

• Facilitate integrations and data flows between critical business systems.

• Spearhead current and future technology projects, such as system migrations, platform consolidations, and enhancements in operations.

• Set up governance related to documentation, licensing, security, budgeting, and vendor management.

• Collaborate with business leaders in finance, operations, marketing, HR, and event production to pinpoint and implement technology solutions.

• Deliver leadership visibility through technology roadmaps, key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and budget oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive technology experience, including senior leadership roles and enterprise-wide strategic responsibilities.

• Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies across various business functions.

• Demonstrated ability to simplify technology, consolidate systems, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Strong experience in project management, RFP processes, and vendor management.

• Practical experience in administering enterprise applications, including ERP, HRIS/payroll, CRM, and other SaaS platforms.

• Expertise in data management, reporting, integration, and business intelligence.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting executive and board-level decision-making.

• Experience working in global, multi-entity, or highly decentralized organizations.

• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.
