Director Influencer Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You guide your team in Influencer Performance Marketing with clarity and establish the right priorities.

• You collaborate closely with the founder to further develop VISCA on an equal footing, providing authentic input into decision-making.

• You strategically manage demanding client relationships independently, acting as an equal partner with a robust business acumen.

• You are accountable for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue, and proactively identify opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Influencer Performance Marketing or Creator Marketing, preferably in an agency setting.

• Extensive experience in leadership, including the building and development of teams.

• Strong management capabilities: you direct priorities, resources, and structures with a strategic, holistic view.

• You manage demanding client relationships with confidence and communicate effectively with decision-makers and executives.

• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue.

• You actively utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Proficient in both German and English.
