This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strong understanding of the industry, structured problem-solving skills, strategic clarity, and executive presence (both verbal and written) to facilitate growth.
• Represent Coastal at significant industry events, pinpointing new growth opportunities and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Serve as the Voice of FINS to prospects, clients, and partners.
• Responsible for assisting in the scoping and estimating of programs and projects.
• Lead "True North" sessions for Banking/Lending executives aimed at modernizing outdated environments.
• Collaborate to sell, expand, and manage strategic prospects.
• Create competitive analyses designed to enhance Coastal’s brand against its competitors.
• Educate and empower sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams regarding specific sub-verticals and influence Coastal’s point of view.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on relevant content for events, marketing materials, and co-go-to-market activities.
• Support the direction of market-ready solutions and the execution of growth strategies.
• Engage with Salesforce RVPs and AEs to collaborate on new opportunities, drive new projects, and establish a trusted partnership.
• Develop competitive go-to-market strategies for the Banking & Lending sub-verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and cultivate a team-oriented environment.
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and resources to associates.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and leadership.
• Collaborate with your team to create estimates that align with customer requirements, expectations, and agreed-upon deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Market team members.
• Travel as necessary to support sales cycles and close business.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership related to iterative software development, preferably Salesforce, in the FINS industry.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of portfolio growth – responsible for expanding our Coastal customer base.
• In-depth industry expertise with a perspective on sub-verticals.
• Commitment to fostering long-term relationships with customers and securing business through trusted partnerships.
• Consultative mindset and a dedication to continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of and relationships within the Salesforce portfolio, including newly acquired solutions like Mulesoft, Tableau, Slack, and others.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp business requirements and respond effectively.
• Consistent history of building and managing strong teams.
• Self-motivated with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented leadership.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data for value-based discussions.
• Must possess full-time permanent authorization to work in the US.
• Note – The determination of seniority will be based on the candidate's relevant prior experience and depth of skills, assessed through our skills interview process.
