Director, Implementation Success Leader – Coding Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to prominent healthcare clients.

• Ensure client success by delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and measurable outcomes.

• Connect healthcare operations with customer success, enabling clients to achieve value through effective adoption.

• Lead the implementation of Coding solutions throughout the organization for both new and existing clients.

• Manage core change initiatives, technology, and compliance enablement activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience within the US healthcare sector.

• More than 5 years of experience in Medical Coding.

• Possession of AAPC, AHIMA, or other relevant coding certifications.

• Knowledgeable in EHR workflows, clinical documentation, CDI, and medical coding.

• Strong customer management abilities, particularly in interactions with Physicians, Clinical Champions, CMO, CMIO, and Practice Leaders.
