Director, Implementation Services – Enterprise

📋 Description

• Directs Professional Services teams responsible for the implementation and execution of tasks related to the complete range of ModMed products, solutions, and integrations.

• Takes responsibility for the success of the team by providing direction, mentorship, and coaching.

• Exhibits proficiency in project management practices and principles, including constraints, risk/issues management, and best practices.

• Acts as an escalation point for matters that exceed team authority, resolving conflicts related to project priorities, resources, and/or contractual issues with clients.

• Displays the ability to swiftly comprehend business situations, make timely decisions to expedite resolutions, and steer projects toward successful outcomes.

• Cultivates positive working relationships and partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor within the organization, collaborating with practice managers and clients, and recognized by clients as the delivery executive accountable for the overall delivery experience.

• Ensures compliance with quality standards and documented processes in everyday operations.

• Engages with client project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to gather business and functional requirements.

• Proactively addresses performance issues with the relevant manager and provides input for performance evaluations of project resources.

• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators and metrics, managing them consistently to achieve successful outcomes.

• Proactively oversees the financial aspects of the business, including but not limited to revenue forecasting, concessions/credits, backlog management, and EBITDA.

• Collaborates with the leadership team to enhance the practice as a whole, including developing strategies, policies, and processes; supports and advocates for the adoption of leading-edge delivery methodologies and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Proven leadership capabilities to effectively guide a cross-functional, client-focused organization.

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in Electronic Health Record implementations.

• More than 5 years of experience leading Practice Management/Revenue Cycle Management implementations.

• Ability to rapidly learn, analyze, interpret, and communicate complex information.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.

• Capability to work independently and effectively coordinate team efforts.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar implementation and CRM software solutions.

• Background in Quality Assurance management.

• Expert knowledge in establishing and managing a Project Management organization.
