Director, Image Analysis – RPT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive scientific and management leadership for imaging-focused clinical trials.

• Offer scientific expertise on the development of modeling, analysis design, result interpretation, and dosimetry techniques for clinical trials.

• Responsible for ensuring scientific integrity and the complete delivery of image analysis data that supports multi-center trials.

• Serve as the functional scientific authority for imaging and quantitative analysis methods.

• Provide scientific leadership and expert scientific judgment on complex, high-stakes clinical trials that utilize medical imaging and clinical data.

• Draft, review, and approve scientific documentation such as imaging guidelines, charters, and results summaries.

• Establish and uphold standards, SOPs, quality frameworks, and delivery models for Image Analysis within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive demonstrable experience in both academic and/or industrial instrumentation/image processing settings.

• Proven experience in image analysis, with a primary focus on modeling and dosimetry techniques.

• Demonstrated line management and leadership capabilities in a comparable role.

• Strong proven experience and knowledge of medical imaging or clinical development within the life sciences sector.

• Ability to use both knowledge and tools to communicate progress to stakeholders and effectively represent the business.

• Bachelor's Degree (Medical degree/PhD) in a quantitative discipline, preferably in nuclear medicine, physics, biophysics, or biomedical engineering, or equivalent project-related experience.

• Fluent in English.
