Director, IA Onboarding Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GEICO's onboarding and acclimation experience.

• Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities for enhancing agency onboarding.

• Work in partnership with business and functional leaders on pre-boarding, technology and laptop setup, training, and orientation.

• Utilize analytics and feedback mechanisms to assess and enhance learning effectiveness, demonstrating its impact on agency engagement, performance, and retention.

• Create scalable and adaptable onboarding and acclimation processes that cater to various agent types, hierarchies, and deployment strategies.

• Establish goals, provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to both direct and matrixed team members.

• Lead Help Desk activities towards timely outreach, proactive support, and ongoing improvement.

• Develop and implement a strategic transition from traditional onboarding to a contemporary, agent-experience-focused model.

• Ensure organizational buy-in and facilitate the transition to new practices.

• Monitor legal requirements and industry best practices to maintain compliance.

• Collaborate across sales enablement strategy to ensure a robust agent experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing and transforming or modernizing new-hire onboarding programs within large, dynamic organizations.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience in leveraging data to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; capable of working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy in documentation.

• Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.

• Robust program management skills.

• High level of agility and a proactive approach to action.

• Familiarity with HRIS and commonly utilized onboarding software.
