Director – Hub Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the current team managing operations related to manufacturer programs.

• Accountable for the management of client program manager(s).

• Engage in both strategic and tactical planning sessions.

• Provide recommendations for the formulation of long-term strategies.

• Present strategic and operational plans aimed at new development.

• Contribute to proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing strategies.

• Participate in the creation of policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions for manufacturers.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of program teams.

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for scheduled work.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred college degree.

• Requires extensive knowledge and training in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement fields.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience is required.

• At least five years in a progressive management position.

• Essential experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• General understanding of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality, as well as operational policies and processes.

• A dynamic leader capable of energizing cross-functional work teams to acquire and apply new skills and techniques in response to business needs.

• Knowledge of full-service call center programs is preferred.
