
Director, HR Business Partner – Distribution Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary HR partner for regional Supply Chain leadership across various distribution centers.
• Convert business requirements into practical HR strategies that enhance performance, productivity, and retention.
• Offer insights on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational needs throughout the region.
• Spearhead talent planning, succession, and development initiatives for regional leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate hiring strategies for both hourly and leadership positions.
• Mentor leaders on performance management, development, and team efficiency.
• Lead and manage employee relations issues, ensuring the fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Work alongside Corporate Employee Relations and field leadership on investigations and issue resolution.
• Propel engagement initiatives and retention strategies across the region.
• Guarantee uniform execution of HR programs, policies, and processes across all designated locations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, TA, L&D) to provide effective HR solutions.
• Leverage data and insights to spot trends and foster continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Managers and/or HR Business Partners to support distribution centers.
• Enhance HR capabilities within the region to accommodate a complex, high-volume workforce.
• Act as a crucial escalation point for HR-related issues within the region.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including support of operations (supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or retail).
• Experience in supporting multi-site, high-volume environments with a significant employee relations focus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach operational leaders at the Director level and below.
• Experience in leading and managing remote teams in a field-based setting.
• Strong understanding of federal employment laws, including those specific to CA and WA states.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must reside in the mid-west or west coast to facilitate travel to designated distribution centers.
