Director – Hospitality and Leisure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver market insights regarding bolt-on opportunities, competitive environments, and valuation frameworks within your specific sector.

• Facilitate connections with founders, family proprietors, and senior leaders within your established network.

• Analyze confidential information memoranda and management presentations to assess sector-specific operational compatibility and risks.

• Engage in private equity sponsor presentations when your sector and operational expertise are pertinent.

• Offer operational due diligence insights on prospective companies.

• Guide the Fireclay team on positioning and messaging for sponsor outreach and sourcing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as Regional VP, COO, President, or CEO at a multi-unit hospitality, leisure, or fitness organization, preferably with private equity backing.

• Over fifteen years of experience in multi-unit operations with direct responsibility for unit-level P&L.

• Proficient understanding of unit economics, labor dynamics, real estate, and the operational factors that facilitate multi-unit growth.

• A well-established network of connections with founders, family owners, senior executives, and private equity professionals within your sector.

• Ability to represent Fireclay in a professional manner to private equity sponsors and management of target companies.

• Maintain discretion when dealing with non-public information and competitive intelligence.

• Openness to working on a flexible engagement basis without fixed hours or obligations.
