This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the design, execution, and communication of health, economic, and outcomes research strategies that support the company's global metabolic health portfolio.
• Produce high-quality real-world, clinical, and economic evidence to showcase product value to payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
• Create and implement integrated global HEOR strategies aimed at supporting pipeline and lifecycle management programs, particularly focusing on US launches.
• Direct the development of US RWD strategies and foster partnerships with academic consortia, claims databases, and health systems to facilitate value demonstration and longitudinal outcomes research.
• Design and execute real-world data analyses to gain insights into current patient demographics, treatment patterns, and outcomes.
• Develop AMCP value dossiers, economic models, narratives, and scientific publications to reinforce value propositions.
• Act as a key domain expert for payer engagement, providing evidence summaries and presentations that enhance product positioning and formulary access.
• Collaborate with external partners, including payers, providers, and other decision-makers in access to build and sustain strong partnerships while gathering valuable insights.
• Lead the external dissemination of HEOR/RWE deliverables, including publications, presentations, and contributions to professional conferences.
• Contribute insights to clinical development programs.
• PhD, PharmD, MPH, or a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of HEOR/RWE experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies, or consultancies, with a proven track record in pre-launch and commercialization phases.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise in metabolic, endocrine, or cardiometabolic diseases is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of payer and evidence requirements within the U.S. market.
• Expertise in RWD study design and analysis, as well as patient outcome measure development.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences, including payers, regulators, and cross-functional business leaders.
• Experience in leading external collaborators, vendors, and joint HEOR initiatives across companies.
• A solid publication record and experience presenting at peer-reviewed scientific meetings.
• Excellent teamwork
