This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that align with both client and organizational objectives.
• Design and implement comprehensive strategies for healthcare payer/provider clients, encompassing business model transformation, operating model design, enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and service line innovation.
• Lead project teams, establish clear objectives, and guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilize and instruct advanced strategic frameworks (such as wind tunneling, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, PEST, 3Cs) and data-driven methodologies to address complex business challenges and create measurable value.
• Act as a consultant to senior client stakeholders, cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships.
• Anticipate client requirements, proactively recognize opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that align with client goals.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop Managers and junior consultants, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ongoing learning.
• Lead business development efforts, including the creation of proposals, client presentations, and the identification of new business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years of strategy consulting experience in top-tier or boutique consulting firms, focusing on the healthcare payer/provider sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in data analytics tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) and financial modeling.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
