Telehealth Clinical Director, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote leadership, mentorship, and oversight for Clinical Supervisors (Pod Leaders)

• Enhance the client experience from the intake process through continuous treatment across designated centers

• Carry out and evaluate Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Ensure clinical excellence through quality assurance evaluations, data analysis, and treatment supervision

• Oversee treatment planning, progress tracking, and program integrity

• Maintain 30 billable hours per week by providing QA oversight and clinical assistance to BCBAs without managing a direct client caseload

• Assist in performance management, coaching, and professional growth of BCBAs and Program Supervisors

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to strategically handle caseload distribution and staffing requirements

• Contribute to organizational growth strategies, clinical standardization, and expansion into new markets

• Promote collaboration and consistency across multiple centers through virtual leadership and effective communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related discipline

• Current BCBA certification

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA, including at least 1 year in a role leading, mentoring, or supervising BCBAs and other clinical personnel

• Capability to work efficiently with diverse stakeholders and teams

• Proficiency in using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data systems)

• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance required

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
