This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives devised by senior management to meet business goals and revenue objectives.
• Discover new market opportunities and participate in action plans aimed at fostering growth.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Grasp customer needs, address issues, and deliver effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and evaluate sales data to predict future sales trends and opportunities.
• Provide consistent and accurate sales reports to the senior sales manager, emphasizing key performance indicators and areas for enhancement.
• Attend regular sales training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth to boost overall sales effectiveness.
• Adhere to and refine the established sales process to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices and sales methodologies to optimize operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Utilize market insights to identify competitive advantages and position the company's products/services effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging sales presentations, pitches, and collateral.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
• Assist in client negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and support the negotiation process to secure favorable agreements for the company.
• Engage in performance metrics and evaluation systems to assess individual sales performance.
• Accept constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance and meet sales targets.
• Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to guarantee a steady stream of prospects and opportunities.
• Prioritize leads and opportunities for optimal conversion rates.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential product enhancements.
• Remain informed on market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and promote a customer-centric approach.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Maintain the company's reputation and integrity in all interactions with customers and partners.
• Stay knowledgeable of and compliant with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Uphold HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
• Exhibit regular and reliable attendance as dictated by your schedule.
• Perform other assigned job duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, marketing, or a related area, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated sales experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive landscape.
• Strong knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and its associated products/services is preferred; however, exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ideas, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and negotiating effectively.
• Innate ability to build rapport and trust with clients, focusing on fostering long-term relationships.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive demeanor in response to shifting market conditions and customer demands.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle client challenges and offer customized solutions.
• A collaborative attitude, eager to support team members and contribute to a unified and successful sales team.
