• Act as a Business Development Leader for the organization, becoming a comprehensive subject matter expert on all facets related to Hello Heart and our collaborations with targeted national payers.
• Spearhead prospecting, pitching, and contracting for strategic alliances within the Health Plan/Medicare sector.
• Oversee and cultivate the Health Plan pipeline, ensuring accountability for strategic partnership objectives.
• Negotiate and manage the fulfillment of channel partnership agreements with Health Plans.
• Detect and implement opportunities for partnership expansion.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Management Consulting within the Health Plan /Medicare sector.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end partnerships by crafting a comprehensive strategy to develop and sustain pipelines, along with executing through prospecting, relationship management, pitching, and contracting.
• Fully independent with a demonstrated robust problem-solving skill set.
• A collaborative team player capable of engaging with various functions across the organization.
• Competence in effectively escalating strategic matters to leadership that necessitate attention.
• A proactive individual who acts with urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a startup setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and adaptable to change.
• Willing to actively contribute and assist in getting tasks accomplished.
• Willingness to travel 50%. Preference given to candidates currently residing in the Midwest or the West Coast.
