This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify the inquiries posed by growth, strategy, and clinical teams, and design, plan, and implement health-outcomes analyses utilizing biometric, claims, and clinical data for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrate advanced AI tools (such as LLM-based assistants) into your daily workflow to enhance literature reviews, analysis, coding, and manuscript preparation, showcasing proficiency rather than mere familiarity.
• Perform literature reviews, execute analyses, and draft manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and clinical white papers, managing the process from inception to submission.
• Employ techniques such as multilevel/mixed-effects modeling, survival analysis, case-control difference in difference, budget impact analysis, and clustering methods (e.g., K-means, DBSCAN) on complex, time-series, and nested data structures.
• Collaborate with growth, strategy, and clinical teams to produce the economic and clinical evidence that bolsters enterprise sales, client retention, and value-based care contracting.
• Proficiently handle medical and pharmacy claims to assess utilization, costs, and savings outcomes.
• Oversee pipelines to ensure measurement accuracy and quality, while curating and preparing biometric, claims, and clinical data for analysis.
• Facilitate evidence and reporting projects across product, marketing, engineering, and business development, providing the project management framework necessary to keep multi-stakeholder initiatives on schedule.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 5-7+ years of practical experience in clinical analytics, HEOR, health economics, digital health, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience analyzing healthcare claims data and applying stringent statistical methods is essential.
• High proficiency in at least one statistical software: Python (preferred) or R; fluency in SQL is required.
• Experience in startup or growth-stage environments; equivalent resourceful operating experience within a larger organization is also acceptable.
• Comfortable in independently sourcing data and producing rigorous work without the support, resources, or processes typical of a large organization.
• Experience with time-series and nested/longitudinal data is preferred.
• A track record of peer-reviewed publications or research initiatives, particularly in digital health, telemedicine, or value-based care is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to take a business question and independently drive it to a published outcome: scoping, analyzing, and delivering with minimal oversight.
• Proven hands-on proficiency in utilizing AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants) to perform analytical and writing tasks more efficiently and to a higher standard.
• Capability to translate technical findings into clear, persuasive insights for non-technical executives, commercial partners, and external audiences.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy regulations concerning PHI and digital health is required.
