This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a centralized Performance Management, Advanced Analytics, and Reporting Hub for the Commercial division.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of business partners and technical specialists.
• Revolutionize analytics and reporting towards a self-service, business-facing model utilizing modern data platforms and AI-driven tools.
• Promote the use of self-service analytics and facilitate AI-driven insight generation.
• Directly address challenges, organize analyses, and provide essential outputs as required.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities, highlight insights, and influence decision-making.
• Convert business priorities into a roadmap for analytics and data ecosystems.
• Establish and operationalize a singular source of truth across global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Create a business-oriented analytics product portfolio that includes datasets, dashboards, and models.
• Spearhead AI and advanced analytics strategies, integrating predictive insights into commercial workflows.
• Manage the analytics data layer, encompassing KPI logic, curated datasets, and reporting models.
• Set up and uphold data governance, quality, and validation frameworks.
• Transform data into actionable insights and tangible business impacts for business units and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with IT/CFIT, Digital, and FP&A to provide integrated end-to-end reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or strategic roles.
• Ideally have experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or complex global organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading data and analytics functions, hubs, or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Proven track record in managing personnel with excellent people management skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading the transformation of analytics from centralized/report-heavy models to scalable, self-service, AI-enabled ecosystems.
• Capability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, personally driving high-impact analyses and deliverables.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and a knack for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven history of translating business strategies into analytics/data solutions.
• Experience in delivering comprehensive analytics ecosystems from data collection through insights to decision-making.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI applications, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and automation.
• Proficient in structuring complex problems and converting ambiguous business needs into actionable solutions.
• MBA is highly preferred.
• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms is strongly preferred.
