Director, HCP Marketing Promotions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the creation, execution, management, and implementation of the promotional strategy to support both current and future indications for BRUKINSA.

• Aid in executing the US promotional strategy for BRUKINSA, which includes, but is not limited to, product positioning, message creation, personal and non-personal promotions, as well as customer segmentation and targeting.

• Collaborate with various departments to develop a comprehensive and targeted tactical plan that allows BeOne to consistently achieve its US commercial goals for BRUKINSA.

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with Sales leadership to ensure that all promotional strategies are informed and supported by insights from the field.

• Work closely with Business Analytics to synchronize on market research needs and implement methods to evaluate promotional effectiveness.

• Continuously assess the business environment to uncover customer and competitor insights and integrate them into promotional strategies.

• Oversee the strategy and development of Conference Assets.

• Ensure that all marketing initiatives comply with company policies and local regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in biotech/pharma, including marketing.

• Preferred experience in Oncology and/or rare diseases, with prior roles as Associate Director or Senior Manager.

• A BA/BS Degree, along with 10+ years of overall experience and at least 7 years in marketing, is mandatory.

• Proven success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of achieving alignment through collaborative and inclusive work across functional teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop team members.
