Director, GTM Field Effectiveness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Build, oversee, and cultivate a team of GTM Field Effectiveness Managers.

• Act as the main point of contact for enablement requirements across field leadership teams.

• Spearhead AI fluency initiatives within the GTM organization.

• Manage field communications, training programs, and content for each GTM segment.

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and professional services leadership to address capability gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in go-to-market-facing roles, with a background in sales or customer success.

• At least 3 years in enablement leadership with direct experience in managing teams.

• Proven ability to develop go-to-market methodologies across various GTM segments.

• An AI-native perspective with hands-on experience implementing that viewpoint.

• Strong program architecture capabilities: the skill to design frameworks, create content, and assess impact.

• Excellent communication skills at the executive level and the ability to influence within complex organizations.

• A data-driven approach utilizing performance metrics for making prioritization decisions.
