This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the strategic leader for the Commercial and Mid-market business segments, acquiring an in-depth understanding of customer demographics, sales performance, product-market alignment, competitive environment, and operational factors to pinpoint crucial growth levers.
• Act as the voice of the Commercial and Mid-market business segments, consolidating field insights and market intelligence to guide broader company strategy, product development decisions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee and monitor the implementation of cross-functional investments within the organization.
• Lead intricate strategic projects with decisiveness and urgency, including new segment launches and enhancements in field productivity.
• Function as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership of Commercial and Mid-market businesses, assisting with annual and quarterly planning, territory structuring, goal establishment & forecasting, performance evaluations, sales metrics, and in-quarter execution to ensure teams consistently surpass targets.
• Create executive-level presentations and recommendations, routinely updating senior leadership and influencing critical company-wide decisions.
• Identify and suggest enhancements to optimize sales performance, aiding Sales leaders in achieving their objectives.
• Manage the business rhythm, which includes quarterly business reviews, monthly market updates, annual planning, and forecasting processes, emphasizing insights, decision-making, and accountability.
• Take ownership of analytics and insights, independently extracting and transforming data from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, Databricks, Gong, Tableau) to reveal trends, diagnose underlying issues, and support data-informed decision making—bringing both analytical precision and business insight to your analyses.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance impact, employing features such as AI-driven forecasting, workflow automation, and generative insights to boost operational efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and discover new growth opportunities at an unprecedented pace.

• Recruit, develop, and lead a diverse, engaged, and high-performing team.
• Over 10 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations.
• An ownership mindset with a commitment to shaping comprehensive market outcomes.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence others, including executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and partnering with sales leadership.
• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail and the capacity to manage various projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities; a deep sense of curiosity.
• A pronounced bias for action.
• Capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to mentor and elevate a team of highly motivated and skilled business operations associates and managers.
