This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead on the comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products. Your responsibilities will include (1) identifying target segments and personas; (2) developing and implementing launch plans that encompass channel strategies, key milestones, and success metrics; (3) collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to guarantee strong product-market fit and readiness.
• Motivate, guide, and synchronize a cross-functional team that includes Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution and authenticity across all customer interactions. Establish and execute scalable frameworks and processes for efficiently developing, testing, and launching new products throughout the organization.
• Convert product features into persuasive customer value propositions. Maintain a thorough understanding of consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive innovations to ensure that the product offering, positioning, and messaging remain relevant and distinct in the marketplace.
• Oversee channel and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, collaborating with growth marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify and expand high-performing acquisition channels, drive ongoing optimization throughout our conversion funnel, and boost revenue efficiently.
• Regularly evaluate performance against growth objectives, keep an eye on market trends, and proactively discover new growth opportunities to modify strategy and execution as needed.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, and scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) products or consumer technology brands. Experience in family technology is an advantage.
• Proven success in managing complex, multichannel product launches, effectively collaborating with both top-tier external agencies and agile in-house teams.
• A strategic, data-informed approach to decision-making, along with the capability to execute tactically in a dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of modern marketing strategies, specifically targeting family, parent, and child-centric audiences.
• Strong technical and analytical skills to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and requirements in partnership with Data leadership.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading sensitive discussions with investors and aligning various senior internal partners.
• A history of successfully scaling consumer technology, hardware devices, or D2C products from inception to significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) (for example, from $0 to $100M+). You excel in high-growth, agile settings.
• A remarkable communicator with a strong executive presence, adept at shaping the business narrative, influencing senior stakeholders, and articulating both short-term and long-term growth strategies clearly.
• Equally skilled at establishing strategic direction and engaging in hands-on execution when necessary to drive action and achieve results. Eager to collaborate closely with teams and tackle necessary tasks.
• A leader who inspires and mentors high-performing, motivated teams, cultivating an environment that nurtures industry leaders.
• Highly proficient in aligning diverse, cross-functional teams toward common goals and delivering sustained outcomes.
