📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach, personal selling, and relationship-driven pipeline development, while ensuring robust pipeline coverage and adjusting prospecting efforts to meet revenue targets.

• Engage in 1:1 outreach for ABM qualified accounts, focusing on engagement and relationship building, with prompt follow-up and disciplined management of inbound leads and referrals.

• Uphold strong Salesforce hygiene, including clear next steps, deal stage updates, and closing plans, to facilitate accurate pipeline management and forecast visibility.

• Implement a consistent pre-call research and discovery strategy to identify prospect business challenges, key stakeholders, and decision-making criteria.

• Manage opportunities from initial contact to closure by maintaining transparent opportunity plans and applying Command of the Message, MEDDIC, or other established sales methodologies to uncover business challenges, navigate stakeholders, and advance deals.

• Stay informed about Wpromote's capabilities, services, channels, and industry trends pertinent to prospective clients.

• Lead and support the RFP and pitch process in collaboration with subject matter experts, managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality execution.

• Convert client business challenges into cohesive, persuasive pitches that showcase Wpromote’s unique strengths and strategic solutions aimed at driving business results.

• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align on opportunity strategy, pitch suggestions, and proposed solutions for potential clients.

• Assist in navigating procurement, legal, and contracting requirements in cooperation with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient deal progression and closure.

• Participate in post-mortems for wins, losses, and no-decisions, providing insights for enablement and future deal execution.

• Regularly meet or surpass new business revenue objectives while contributing to overall team success and growth.

• Represent Wpromote at industry trade shows and networking events, cultivating relationships that foster long-term growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of B2B consultative sales experience, preferably within a marketing agency, media platform, or related B2B services/solutions, with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their influence on business growth.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and progressing opportunities across various stakeholders.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing strategy and key channels, such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CRM/email, and SEO.

• Familiarity with Command of the Message, MEDDIC, or other recognized B2B sales methodologies to assist in qualifying, advancing, and closing opportunities.

• Experience in ABM initiatives, inclusive of personalized outreach and relationship-building to engage target accounts.

• A professional network and the ability to build trust and open doors with prospective clients and industry contacts.

• Excellent consultative selling and communication skills, with the capability to uncover client needs, simplify complex concepts, and present persuasive recommendations.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate efficiently with internal teams to advance opportunities and drive results.

• Experience maintaining strong CRM hygiene and opportunity planning to support effective pipeline management and forecasting.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple opportunities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• High-energy, results-oriented work ethic with humility, curiosity, and a collaborative, positive demeanor.

• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing learning.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, pitch sessions, and events as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
