This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the strategy and implementation of sales initiatives targeting United States government agencies.
• Evaluate and quantify the market potential within the United States government sector.
• Analyze market conditions and prioritize target agencies.
• Identify, investigate, and assess new opportunities within government sectors.
• Formulate targeted sales strategies and business initiatives.
• Act as the leader of the cross-channel sales team and the process owner for all government opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership and hands-on management of internal sales and support resources.
• Enhance the number of government engagements, strengthen the sales pipeline, and improve close rates.
• Foster peer support and cultivate strong internal relationships with all essential stakeholders.
• Robust background and knowledge of the US healthcare sector.
• Previous or current military experience.
• Experience in selling to the federal government, including complex products.
• Proven history of closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements at the agency level.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, government agency provider business models, enterprise deal structures, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and manage a complex, multifaceted executive sales process.
• Existing network of contacts with clinical and strategic decision-makers across multiple government agencies.
• Ability to collaborate across various functions and work efficiently within a matrixed organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of the government agency sourcing process at both the enterprise and local levels.
