This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the global value evidence strategy for designated nephrology/immunology assets.
• Offer strategic insights for integrated evidence plans.
• Oversee evidence generation that supports value demonstration, market access, reimbursement, and patient access goals.
• Chair the Value Evidence Sub-Committee for applicable products and indications on a global scale.
• Manage health technology and value evidence contributions to clinical development initiatives.
• Participate in product development and internal/alliance governance committees.
• Act as the Value Evidence lead for the creation and upkeep of Integrated Evidence Plans.
• Formulate global value evidence strategies that address the evidence needs of payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
• Evaluate health technology assessment requirements and monitor methodological necessities.
• Produce economic models, real-world evidence, evidence synthesis, meta-analyses, statistical analysis plans, global value dossiers, and AMCP-format dossiers.
• Coordinate and deliver scientific support for non-US HTA submissions in collaboration with subsidiaries.
• Lead corporate responses to US HTA evaluations, including ICER.
• Generate and develop post-approval real-world evidence alongside external researchers and experts.
• Create publication and communication strategies, presenting and publishing value evidence at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
• A minimum of 6 years of pertinent pharmaceutical company or payer experience for PhD/MD/PharmD holders, or 12 years for Master’s degree holders.
• Background in access, outcomes research, health economics, observational studies, health technology assessment, or a closely related field.
• Experience in late-stage drug development and product launch.
• Knowledge of evidence generation specific to rare diseases.
• A PhD or Master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, health policy, pharmaceutical administration, or a relevant discipline, or an MD or PharmD.
• Capability to lead global value evidence strategy and evidence-generation initiatives.
• Familiarity with the evidence needs of payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
• Proficiency in economic models, real-world evidence, evidence synthesis, meta-analysis, HTA statistical analysis plans, value dossiers, and AMCP-format dossiers.
• Experience in supporting HTA submissions and addressing HTA evaluations.
• Ability to formulate publication and communication plans and disseminate research through conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
