This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Innovatively and strategically oversee Transfer Pricing matters for the Group.
• Establish the Transfer Pricing Policy while recommending, advising, and implementing solutions for intricate transfer pricing projects.
• Ensure thorough documentation for all significant international related party transactions within the SGS group.
• Standardize the process for preparing contemporaneous local transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to local finance managers and business units regarding the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the Transfer Pricing Policy.
• Lead a transfer pricing team of 6 individuals in Poland and assist local finance managers with transfer pricing issues.
• Create and uphold written policies and procedures regarding Transfer Pricing Documentation activities.
• Develop and enhance the transfer pricing model for SGS, covering all transactions within the SGS group.
• Manage the process of defending the Transfer Pricing structure and model in discussions with tax authorities.
• Support local finance teams in handling transfer pricing audits conducted by local tax authorities.
• Foster direct report development with an eye towards succession planning.
• 12–15+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing / International Tax.
• Ideally possess a blend of experience from Big 4 (or top-tier advisory firm) with a strong technical foundation.
• In-house experience in a multinational company managing global Transfer Pricing models.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing global Transfer Pricing policies and operational models.
• Hands-on experience with Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (BEPS Action 13).
• Experience in managing transfer pricing audits, Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs), and negotiations with tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with highly regulated, multi-country environments (preferably in over 50 jurisdictions).
