This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main talent development advisor to the CHRO and senior leadership teams.
• Assess development requirements across various business units and locations, converting them into comprehensive program designs.
• Engage in talent reviews and succession planning, translating results into funded development initiatives.
• Design, manage, and oversee the enterprise Internship Program, including its governance, metrics, and university sourcing pipeline.
• Create and implement Leadership Development and Functional Development curricula.
• Develop a Management Skills Development curriculum and facilitate leader integration for senior management.
• Design, establish, and oversee the Early Career Rotational and Fast Track Program.
• Create talent mentoring initiatives and take charge of the enterprise Employee Engagement strategy.
• Develop corporate recognition programs and manage engagement measurement and reporting.
• Foster relationships with government agencies to obtain workforce development funding and training tax credits.
• Manage grant applications, compliance, reporting, reimbursement, and credit-claim processes.
• Design and oversee the enterprise career path framework and the internal mobility visibility process.
• Establish enterprise learning governance and set LMS architecture standards.
• Oversee the use of psychometric and leadership assessment tools.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to create an integrated talent and learning dashboard.
• Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in talent management, leadership development, or learning and development.
• Strong preference for experience in manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, or technically complex industrial settings.
• Proven track record of designing and launching enterprise development programs from inception.
• Experience in identifying, applying for, and managing government training funding or employer training tax credits.
• Background in designing enterprise mentoring and employee engagement initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of career path architecture and internal mobility framework design.
• Strong partnership abilities and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with psychometric and leadership assessment tools; facilitator or administrator certification is preferred.
• Exceptional facilitation skills with senior leaders and executive groups.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to convert talent and learning data into insights suitable for executives.
• Proficient with an enterprise HCM platform and LMS learning architecture standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, ATD CPTD, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• An executive coaching certification is a valuable differentiator.
• Remote work option available for the US Eastern Time Zone.
• 30–40% global travel required.
• Support for professional certification is implied for preferred certifications.
