📋 Description

• Product Roadmap Influence: Aggregate global field insights regarding customer needs, competitive discrepancies, and market demands to directly shape Snowflake’s worldwide product features, engineering priorities, and platform launches.

• Global Delivery Governance: Establish, institutionalize, and enforce worldwide Consulting handoff protocols, architectural guidelines, and risk-mitigation frameworks to guarantee smooth, high-margin transitions from sales to delivery across the globe.

• Services Portfolio Pricing & Packaging: Manage and enhance global services portfolio pricing models, monetization strategies, packaging frameworks, and standardized service catalogs to maximize deal value and market competitiveness worldwide.

• Executive Customer Engagement: Facilitate high-level architecture workshops, value realization assessments, and executive alignment meetings for global strategic and Fortune 100 clients.

• Functional Policy Formulation: Develop organization-wide operational policies, global team performance metrics, and governance frameworks that span all operational areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Global Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated success in steering large, multi-layered, or global technical pre-sales and solutions architecture teams within an enterprise SaaS, cloud platform, or leading technology setting.

• Policy & Strategy Formulation Mastery: Extensive experience in engaging with complex business, financial, and operational concepts to effectively create organization-wide policies and standard operating procedures.

• Executive Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to influence cross-functional executive stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Global Sales teams.

• Commercial Architecture Design: Documented experience in crafting global technology services catalogs, monetization models, commercial packaging frameworks, or extensive value-realization structures.

• Enterprise Software & Systems Fluency: Strong operational dependency and proficiency with corporate software tools (Enterprise CRM/Salesforce, Global PSA/Certinia, Project Portfolios, and Business Intelligence layers).
