This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Propel revenue growth by creating and implementing targeted sales enablement initiatives that enhance seller performance.
β’ Leverage data and insights from the field to pinpoint performance deficiencies, refine sales strategies, and provide training, content, and programs.
β’ Oversee a cross-functional enablement team, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing.
β’ Report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations.
β’ Design and implement global enablement programs tailored to regional and cultural differences.
β’ Identify performance gaps, investigate root causes, and prioritize impactful interventions based on performance data.
β’ Create role-specific training and materials aligned with field requirements and business objectives.
β’ Ensure alignment of enablement efforts with revenue targets and strategic initiatives.
β’ Monitor adoption rates and outcomes, continuously refining strategy, messaging, and delivery methods.
β’ Develop new-hire ramp-up programs, sales processes, rules of engagement, field enablement strategies, playbooks, launch readiness, selling methodologies, AI-assisted enablement, managerial enablement, and reinforcement communications.
β’ Proven program leadership and change management experience within a revenue organization across both PLG and SLG environments.
β’ Strong analytical skills to identify performance challenges through data analysis.
β’ Ability to influence others, both with and without formal authority.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and a keen sense of content judgment.
β’ Operational excellence and capability to manage repeatable processes effectively.
β’ Experience with enablement tools such as Gong and Highspot, along with emerging AI technologies.
β’ A player-coach mindset.
β’ Preferred: background in leading enablement for a multi-segment and/or global sales organization.
β’ Preferred: experience in establishing intake/prioritization, governance, and program management disciplines.
β’ Preferred: understanding of enterprise and commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
β’ Preferred: ability to link enablement efforts to measurable outcomes and influence RevOps instrumentation.
