This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead the strategic execution and enhancement of TMTT EU case support to ensure optimal patient outcomes and minimize procedural complications.
• Oversee and manage a team, including the development of plans and financial budgets in alignment with business requirements.
• Create a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with the growth objectives of the department.
• Drive the implementation and refinement of case support, incorporating imaging expertise, case coordination, and proctor guidance.
• Evaluate programs and establish processes for ongoing improvement and the attainment of targeted goals.
• Ensure that Health Care Professionals comply with Edwards processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant protocols.
• Prepare for and conduct necessary audits.
• Assist in therapy development initiatives within the region.
• Develop and incorporate metrics into projects and operations to illustrate the training's value to the business.
• Facilitate briefings and technical meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams implementing global enterprise systems and associated solutions.
• Cultivate relationships and leverage them to drive change.
• Support and encourage input from team members at all levels.
• Comply with company policies and requirements, including Environmental Health & Safety regulations, injury prevention, environmental protection, and pollution control measures.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, or equivalent work experience as per Edwards standards.
• A Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Strong clinical background or equivalent experience according to Edwards criteria is necessary.
• A proven history of effective people management is required.
• Established successful project management leadership skills are essential.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems is required.
• In-depth understanding of procedures, training theory, regulatory compliance, and related requirements is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Proven ability to manage one or more teams, providing coaching and feedback, including hiring/firing authority and collaboration with HR on employee relations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are necessary.
• Ability to develop and integrate project and operational metrics is required.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment is essential.
• Ability to engage professionally with different organizational levels and senior stakeholders.
• Competence in leading briefings and technical meetings is necessary.
• Ability to influence change and gain acceptance in sensitive circumstances is required.
