Director, Global Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary account and/or program leader for high-stakes, intricate client initiatives.

• Supervise the planning and execution of extensive experiential and live event productions.

• Manage venue sourcing along with sponsorship negotiations.

• Discover opportunities for organic growth within your accounts.

• Construct and approve account and program budgets as well as Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Formulate and execute account strategies that promote long-term client growth and retention.

• Function as a vital day-to-day partner for clients.

• Guide and oversee Senior Managers, Managers, and Coordinators.

• Guarantee smooth communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to enhancements in departmental processes.

• Represent RedPeg as a senior leader in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

• Travel as necessary to supervise high-profile activations and client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• 7–9+ years of pertinent marketing, event, or sponsorship experience, with a preference for agency experience.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale, high-profile programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

• Experience collaborating with national and multinational brands.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Established experience in budget management and financial accountability.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Keynote.

• Openness to travel for overseeing program activations and client engagements as required.
