Director, Global Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement a Partner-First Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Strategy

• Develop and execute a worldwide partner enablement strategy

• Ensure that enablement aligns with key Sophos initiatives

• Spearhead change management projects

• Create and expand role-specific partner learning pathways

• Support partners from the onboarding phase to advanced competency

• Manage content lifecycle governance

• Ensure enablement directly benefits MSP and MSSP business frameworks

• Set global enablement standards

• Collaborate with Regional Enablement and Field teams

• Serve as an executive escalation point for critical partner enablement requirements

• Ensure that success metrics are aligned with Sophos business objectives

• Oversee the global partner enablement content strategy

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-achieving global partner enablement team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, customer success enablement, or learning and development within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS sectors

• Extensive hands-on experience enabling global channel partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing role-based, GTM-aligned learning programs

• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leaders

• Data-driven approach with the capability to define KPIs, assess performance, and illustrate enablement ROI

• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence abilities

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supporting or scaling MSP/MSSP-centric GTM initiatives; Familiarity with Sophos-style partner programs, certifications, and security solutions; Experience with enablement platforms, LMS/LXP systems; Experience utilizing AI-driven learning and enablement tools; Fundamental understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and skills-based enablement frameworks; Advanced degree in business, learning, or a related field.
