This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the design and execution of scalable measurement systems and advanced analytics frameworks that are digitally enabled.
• Combine consumption and purchase data to provide comprehensive diagnostics and actionable insights.
• Create, validate, and support statistical, econometric, and machine learning models.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of models through thorough testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with teams across data, research, analytics, human insights, marketing, and revenue growth management.
• Incorporate AI and machine learning into conventional research methods to automate processes and enhance learning and foresight.
• Foster the adoption of technology-driven solutions throughout the organization.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with digital research agencies and data providers.
• Design, develop, and evaluate technology-driven consumption and purchase protocols.
• Align measurement systems and analytics frameworks with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Enhance marketing data efficiency and effectiveness across various categories, brands, and commercial functions.
• Build capabilities and provide training to improve data fluency and user satisfaction.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer and shopper research.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology and digital agencies.
• Experience in managing consumer and shopper tracking and data analytics within an agency setting.
• Proficient in developing statistical, econometric, and machine learning models.
• Experience working in a complex, global environment utilizing both internal and external resources.
• Strong understanding of consumer and shopper research methodologies.
• Familiarity with technology-enabled tracking methodologies and the entire data ecosystem lifecycle.
• Expertise in statistical, econometric, and machine learning models.
• Capable of applying new technologies to operationalize briefs and create forward-thinking measurement systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functional objectives effectively to senior management and build diverse network partnerships.
• Proven history of promoting the adoption of innovative solutions and services within a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Must currently hold authorization to work full-time in the United States.
• Must not require sponsorship from The Coca-Cola Company to work legally in the United States.
