đź“‹ Description

• Oversee a dedicated portfolio of funders, including corporations, foundations, and individuals, nurturing these relationships and crafting customized engagement strategies in partnership with program and organizational leadership.

• Create and implement targeted monthly and quarterly engagement strategies aimed at strengthening ties with current donors and progressively increasing their commitment.

• Maintain relationships with donor counterparts, ensuring alignment between funder priorities and the network's needs while safeguarding the organization's partnerships.

• Utilize global platforms, convenings, and events—both internal and external—to engage and cultivate donors.

• Collaborate with internal teams and national network partners to ensure that partnership deliverables, grant reports, milestones, and stewardship activities are on schedule.

• Produce high-quality written materials, including grant proposals, concept notes, donor reports, important emails, and presentations, that motivate both current and prospective donors to support Teach For All and its global network.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Teach For All’s organizational strategy, program priorities, and global network to effectively represent the organization and link donor interests to strategic goals.

• Oversee and refine Global Development’s data management strategy, focusing on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our Salesforce platform and mailing lists.

• Develop and execute project management plans for cross-portfolio donor events and donor involvement in other Teach For All initiatives.

• Enhance the efficiency of the Global Development Team by identifying improvement areas, creating and implementing effective systems and workflows, addressing operational challenges, and promoting best practices across fundraising activities, enabling the team to function more effectively.

• Assist in managing the Global Development Team budget, track expenses, and actively participate in the budgeting process with relevant stakeholders to ensure responsible resource allocation in alignment with the team's financial goals.

• Supervise all gift processing across various portfolios and regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Manage online donation platforms, maintain thorough records, and handle donor recognition preferences, collaborating with the Public Affairs team to keep external communications and website information current, thereby fostering positive donor relations.

• Organize and facilitate bi-weekly Global Development team meetings, ensuring effective communication and information exchange among team members.

• Provide strategic and flexible support to the Foundations, Corporates, and Individual Giving portfolios on various projects, including conducting comprehensive prospect research.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience, including some experience in fundraising, end-to-end donor management, and relationship building.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to distill complex programmatic, financial, and impact-related information into clear, compelling narratives tailored for diverse donor audiences; ability to exercise independent judgment on narrative strategy, messaging, and framing across numerous concurrent projects.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent writing projects with competing deadlines, coordinate inputs across teams, and maintain systems and resources that support an effective writing operation.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to interpret data and identify trends.

• A strong commitment to Teach For All’s core purpose and values.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, globally matrixed environment, managing a significant volume and complexity without compromising quality.

• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential, high-value relationships essential to the organization’s success.

• Prior experience as an alumnus and/or leader within the Teach For All network is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for fundraising objectives.
