This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete demand generation strategy and its results, being directly responsible for top-of-funnel growth and subsequent conversion to revenue.
• Establish, monitor, and report on pipeline KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, stage conversion, and cost-per-opportunity, while clearly communicating ROI to leadership.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that encompass paid digital (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), field and virtual events, content syndication, and partnership initiatives.
• Conduct continuous testing, analysis, and optimization: eliminate ineffective strategies, intensify efforts on those that yield incremental impact, and create repeatable playbooks.
• Create and manage AI-driven demand workflows, including programmatic outbound, intent-based targeting, AI-personalized sequences, and automated nurturing flows.
• Formulate segmentation and targeting strategies for key enterprise buyer personas, such as platform engineers, VP Engineering, CIOs, and DevSecOps leaders, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.
• Collaborate with BDR leadership to ensure alignment between campaigns and outbound efforts, providing the necessary messaging frameworks, sequences, and creative support for effective outbound initiatives.
• Manage the transition from marketing to sales in partnership with Revenue Operations.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing, with a demonstrable track record of generating pipeline rather than merely launching campaigns.
• Proven experience in executing demand generation within an enterprise context, involving complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees with mid-to-large ACV.
• Hands-on experience in managing paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels, including budget management, ROI tracking, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills: capable of building dashboards, defining metrics, and making data-driven decisions. Comfortable with attribution models, funnel reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in GA4 and a working knowledge of ABM/intent platforms such as Pocus, Clay, and UserGems.
• Active and practical experience with generative AI tools applied to campaign operations, content creation, outbound personalization, or workflow automation.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy: you can take a revenue target and reverse-engineer a program without needing a pre-existing playbook.
• Exceptional writing skills: capable of crafting compelling ads, briefing creative teams, and developing sequences that drive conversions.
