This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of and continuously enhance the global commercialization readiness framework.
β’ Establish launch criteria, standards for risk identification, and models for execution governance.
β’ Facilitate pre-launch workshops that concentrate on positioning, workflow integration, and technical differentiation.
β’ Convert product roadmap features into technical-commercial execution models relevant to the field.
β’ Coordinate deployment strategies with regional commercial leadership.
β’ Spearhead collaborative early-launch commercial readiness and execution alongside regional and global core teams (e.g., Education and Service).
β’ Maintain an in-field presence during key launch waves to ensure consistency in execution across countries and regions.
β’ Identify execution risks and implement corrective measures during the initial commercialization phases.
β’ Establish early adoption performance metrics aligned with utilization trajectory, workflow reliability, and competitive differentiation.
β’ Standardize post-launch escalation processes and mitigation strategies across various markets.
β’ Collaborate with regional leadership to guarantee that launch execution fosters sustained commercial performance.
β’ Set up a post-launch evaluation schedule to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
β’ Deliver structured leadership updates regarding launch readiness, execution quality, and commercialization performance.
β’ Develop models, capabilities, and a team to support global strategic expansion initiatives, early launch experiences, and ongoing success.
β’ Institutionalize repeatable launch templates that can be applied across Bronchoscopy, Urology, and Digital Solution initiatives.
β’ Gather field insights and incorporate learnings into global playbooks and training standards.
β’ A bachelor's degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
β’ 10 to 12 years of progressively responsible experience in MedTech or healthcare technology is required.
β’ Experience in people and team leadership is essential.
β’ A proven track record of success in capital equipment commercialization and global product launches.
β’ Demonstrated ability to translate technical innovation into scalable commercial execution frameworks.
β’ Experience in leading high-stakes field execution and addressing complex clinical and technical escalations.
β’ Strong background in influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Operations).
β’ Experience in developing launch playbooks, technical sales narratives, and strategies for competitive differentiation.
